Bad customer service

I am so fed up with cell c, I have had a cell phone contract for years with them and they don't value me as a customer, firstly they keep sending me sms's that I'm due for a upgrade just to find ou I'm not. I even check the voice promp and it always says " Congratulations you due for a upgrade" ones again to finf out I'm not. Then I mail them also about my network that is slow, this blackerry 8520 is useless to me and I'm paying my BIS for nothing because I can barely use it, Cell c waste my money and time and probly as a customer as soon as my contract finally ends. Please can some one show me some empathy in my frustrations!
