MTN disconnected my SIM card without alerting me while the SIM still had R500 in airtime outstanding. After waiting for more than 20minutes for the call centre to respond, they said they couldn't help me and then dropped my call when I asked to speak to a manager.

Disgusting service and they have lost me as a customer for ever.
