I am very disappoint by the service I received from STD Lost card call centre @12H10 to the FNB ATM in Actonville swallowed my card. I slip came out and it said "my card was reported " i immediately call the CC &ask 4my card 2b stopped. Consultant said it was stopped. While doing the security check I pick up my address, email &Thursday my internet banking did not wrk. I was upset think that my account was being . i ask the consultant to stop my other card and she did not want too. I ask to speak to a manager &I was put on hold for 10 minutes than the call was dropped.

Called back &ask to speak to a manager and I was put through to Adelin &explained my story. She put me on hold as she was getting into my profile but she having a chat to her friend about the card not printing and did not take me serious. I yelled on my phone hello... hello and after another 5 to 10 mins she came back. I ask if she not interest that my money might get taken out of my account and I had to put up with a very rude, unprofessional so called team leader. I was swarn at and then Adelin dropped the call.
