Heita 's unnecessary delays

I called Heita service centre, requesting them to reverse the R350 that I have mistakenly charge to
the wrong number. I pressed 84 instead of 48. The first consulted I got through made me feel that
clear to me that was my mistake and they couldn't help me. He advised me to phone that number
and request the own to transfer the airtime back to me. I requested to speak to the manager, he was
hesitant at first and then he put me through and I hold on to the phone for 7-10, the call was dropped.
I called for the second time. The lady told me the same thing and yet again, I requested to
speak to the manager. I had to tell the agent that MTN has transferred the airtime back when I had a
problem so I couldn't understand why they can't do it. And this was done immediately, no delays. I hold
forever for the manager. Eventually I went through to him. He told me a different story from what I
was told. They needed to open the case and feedback will be in 72 hours. I called on Sunday
