My line was disconnected due to non payment in April/May 2013. I paid the outstanding amounts in Setember, my line was reconnected but I did not get all my airtime for the months I paid I contacted MTN they told me that I cannot get the airtime because my line was disconnected and with the legal department but I paid the outstanding amounts. Why must I pay the arrears and not get the airtime according to my contract and no airtime for the months paid I feel that its unfair you pay but you don't get what you paid fo
