I have had a issues with my 4mb line for about 2 weeks not getting the download speeds I am getting 0, 1kp/s on a download and I am paying for a service that I am not getting, and I have logged a fault on the 16th and today is the 20th with no resolution, I have phoned numerous time to the customer care on the 20th and a different consultant tells me a different story it seems like the consultants don't have no idea what they are doing, after a couple of calls later I asked to speak to the manager of the department and I was waiting on a call for over 20minutes and still no manager, eventually I had to hang up. I am looking to change my provider to afrihost because Telkom is a real provider with pathetic service.
