Very Slow 1 meg ADSL Line

January 14th 2013 at 17:54 Telkom sent me a reference number. 135CTK090113, via SMS, as I called them to complain that my office ADSL Line was slow. I installed a 1 Meg Line and the line is frustratingly slow. Telkom called me to say they are working on it, twice, and followed those calls up with 2 SMS messages, which impressed me. They last called I received, they told me everything on their side was perfect as they could not detect any problems. This I am sure is the case, but I asked them to send out someone to my office in Vanderbijlpark to come and have a look at the wires here, maybe the problem is at this end. I use a desktop and a laptop and both the internet connections are slow, so I do not think it is a hardware/software issue. I am a little disappointed that Telkom has not yet sent anyone out to my office as tomorrow it will be a month since I reported the fault. I am hoping this post will receive a reaction from Telkom to come and have a look at the wires in my office.
