I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan Scholtz in your Customer Care dept on Monday 11/02/13 at about 07:15. I had a querie about my account balance as well as a few other questions. She was WONDERFUL. She took the time to LISTEN to what I was saying, and KNEW exactly what it was that I wanted to know. Its not often that someone in a call centre actually has the knowledge to answer simple let alone intecrit questions. I will also add that this is my FIRST time that i have spoken to someone at the Vodacom Customer Care that has been so patient and helpful... GOOD JOB VODACOM FOR HIRING A GREAT ASSET!!!
