ONCE AGAIN VODACOM THAT'S NOT HELPFUL!!!

Today I tried using Vodacom Customer Care and ONCE AGAIN I'm getting no service!!
My 3 Vodacom accounts are on my mother's name although I pay the accounts. On my one account I have a voluntary call limit a month on the account, as I've received the credit limit sms, I phoned 082111 and spoke to one of the people on the floor, told him my story and he phoned my mom to confirm account holder and so on. He comes back to me saying my mom answered only 3 of the 5 questions. Needless to say they don't actually ask all 5 questions, but get their answers by just talking to the person. I then spoke to Veronica Banfter a supervisor and explained the whole story to her again, she phoned my mom and according to her my mom could only answer 2 questions, upsetting my mom CONSIDERABLY, after I explained to her in our first call that my mom is old and have problems remebering stuff, and the biggest surprise of all..Veronica doesn't even understand Afrikaans so how can she be sure my mom didn't answer the questions correctly? On the second call she said she will call me back within 5min, I'm still waiting...

Why must a person have to go to these lengths of HELLOPETER.COM to actually get service?
