Dikeledi was not helpful - she kept me on the line for too long. It would have been simpler to just ask me if I had call monitoring on my stupid vodacom dongle but no she wasted my time complaining about my questions, Actually I am the customer and if she can't keep up and answer questions or think ahead then she should get off the call centre. I am sick of losing my gigs every month to microsoft. I turned off their updates but they got turned back on. Since I have lost my gigs already this month because of these downloads what is the point of getting a dongle - I never get to use it microsoft does. And since vodacom can't give me an itemised bill by email without billing me for what a machine will produce at the click of a button - and since they allow microsoft downloads without checking with a customer, I regard Vodacom at fault. And since your call centre staff are too stupid to answer questions or ask the right questions please don't waste my time. My experience of not being able to even get online unless I leave my own home although there are masts everywhere. Everything about Vodacom just makes me want to puke!
