Today I called Vodacom Customer Care with regards to an incident I logged last week for which I still have no feedback. After being connected & disconnected so many times I was ready to scream at the next person who took my call.

Thanx to Moses Hlathi I didn't have to scream, as he's the most clued up person I've ever had the opportunity to interact with at Vodacom... EVER!!!

Most of the call centre agents at Vodacom either have adopted an "I couldn't be bothered" attitude that they dish out to customers or lack the essential knowledge to do their jobs. Moses Hlathi has demonstrated a love of what he does & an in depth knowledge of the systems at his disposal to assist customers. Though he works for the cancellations dept, he's an asset to Vodacom as he just saved this company one customer... even if it might be for another six months till my contracts expire.

It really is a pity that I can't always ask for Moses Hlathi when I call the customer care line, that would really save me the unpleasant mood that I experience after calling 111.
