My 30 day BIS had run out so like any good customer i reapplied yesterday morning (Tuesday Morning 3am) however since than I HAVE NOT HAD access to any of my BB functionality despite many many calls to Cell C. I have been told there is an error with certain people handsets and they are working on it. Since yesterday I have spent 20 minutes a pop on the line waiting for a technician (that is when i dont get cut off), and since i have called many times, it's over an HOUR of my life I won't get back.

I was told last night it's going to take another 48 hours to fix my now" huge doorstop! " Please Cell C get your act together, I pay my bills on time, I don't fob you off with excuses, I expect my services to be uninterrupted and not have to put up with this crud through NO FAULT OF MY OWN!! Maybe you would like to experience a Delay in my payments??

Please sort this out today as I have no access on my Blackberry as what airtime I did have has been used making calls to people I would normally contact on BB chat and Whatsapp and now I can't cause you people messed up!! No Excuses, fix my friggen phone, another 48 hours in unacceptable!!
