Ported to Cell C and regretting it!

I have ported my mobile number to Cell C 2 days ago as they had the (seemingly) best deal for iPhones. I had to wait one and a half days before I was able to use my phone. I still however have no internet access and cannot even access emails. I have spent a lengthy period of time on the line with the call center technician trying to resolve the matter however they cannot find the problem. They say they have 'logged a fault' and someone will call me back within 24 - 48 hours. It is unacceptable that they cannot assist in a timely manner. It is now the third day that I will have no access to emails. I should have stayed with Vodacom.
