Once Again Cell C messes up

For the 3rd time in a year Cell C has made a mess of our monthly direct debits and we are left to deal with it.
Since day 1 they have made a mess of this accounts payments- never been able to view the statements online, they can never provide accurate information and make loads of empty promises.
i was told last night after being on hold for nearly 1 hour that its not their fault that the info inside a cell c store and the customer services line is incorrect!!!
If Cell C cant get it right internally how can i possibly expect them to get it right with the customers.
Yesterday at 7am we called the 140 and requested to speak to a manager- its now 24hours later and we are still waiting.
Cell C has not taken the payments by direct debit- we checked by the bank- it wasn't even attempted and now they cut the line blaming us!!!
We chose direct debit as our method of payment each month. We have provided you with the correct bank details and we ensure that there is money each month and YET you still make a mess and we must pay for it!!! UNACCEPTABLE- not to mention the USELESS staff that work for Cell C.
Very unhappy and fed up customer.
