On the 2nd of January 2014 my Telephone line and DSL was moved in the same building from one flat to another on the same level. Technician was here and we tested the internet and phone line was working.
The next day service was non existent and since than I do not have a telephone line and no internet access
I am a professional consulting engineer and working internationally on the internet.
The fault was reported repeatedly in the last 12 days and after halt an hour waiting on the cell line (not free)
the answer was invariably that the technicians are working on the line.
I have seen several times the Telkom car around the corner with 2 individual in and chatting on their cell phone for long periods of time. No sign of work done
Today is the 16th of the month and I need to use a 3G card with prepaid airtime to communicate
My cellphone bill is skyrocketing as well as I can not use my fix line after hours
