I logged a fault (90CNZ140114) on my land line as it was not working
after logging a complaint we received no feedback or update
and have spoken to various people at the call centers and
get the same we are looking in to it, I phoned in a again
on day 5 and was told that a technician tried to contact me
on my cell which is a as I have nothing in my logs of missed
calls so I phone back again and waited the normal 20 minutes
to talk to someone who did say nothing about a call, she said
it was still waiting for a technician to be assigned.

I then followed up again on Tuesday 21st Jan, and they said
it been sent to the technician in the area and it seems to be
a line fault!

We tried to phone in this morning spoke to a person in the call centre
and asked for a manager and she just put the phone down on me. After
trying to call in again and just getting now where,

It has now been 10 days with no land line, which means our alarm can not
dial out and multiple other problems that telkom has now caused.

Well Done to telkom for keeping their service as poor as they can
and having staff that clearly do not care for their jobs or
who does not know how to do their job!
