Telkom line still dead after tech was here

Once again my line is dead. once again telkom sends out a technician. the tech works on the line. internet is backup for a couple of minutes. he then rudely pushes down on the cars horn to get my attention instead of using the bell at the front gate. tells me the problem is solved but>...yeah a but... but there is a cable fault. (like always i get the same excuse) he has reported the cable fault and a cable tech to fix it. when they dont know. I think the techs name was henry and he has red hair. this is pathetic as my line has been down over a week now. someone really needs to cause trouble for telkom in order for them to fire pathetic technicians and hire qualified people for the job.
