After a week of e-mail correspondence the representative from Vodacom decided that she close the correspondence from her side. Why? She cannot provide me with evidence and refuse to do any repayment. I am not happy and am not going to stop. I am the customer that needs proper answers and information. Information without a name or contact number doesn't mean anything to me as a proof of payment does not mean anything to her. I am an unhappy customer and not impressed with the service I have received the past week.
