Blackberry bold 9900 destroyed

Last year i send my phone in for repairs at vodacom tzaneen, while the phone was still under warranty, they gave me a quote for - R2000, i gave them instruction to send the phone back, after 3 months with any notice vodacom destroyed the handset. Until date vodacom head office cant even resolve this issue. This is bad service for a big company like vodacom to destroy a handset valued @ R6000
