Vodacom have no clue how to run a business

I am now battling no 2 years - just asking them for a settlement amount. Eventually got some one at Vodacom to assist - and guest what after a week of explaining over the phone to 5 different people repeating my story now for the 40th time - THEY REFER ME TO THE ATTORNEYS - Who' s client am I???
I opened my account at Vodacom - Surely they should have my records - specially if they phoned me and told me I paid to much???

Vodacom handed us over to the attorneys whom is more useless then them
Attorneys gave me a settlement amount of R11 000.00 after vodacom confirmed I did an over payment. Attorneys have no record of my over payment even after several emails from me were forwarded to them - correspondence with Vodacom and proof of over payment

I f you contact Vodacom with your id - they agree I owe them nothing - the attorney claim we owe them R11000.00 - Vodacom can not recall this amount

The attorney can not give me a break down of what this amount is made up of - they refer me to Vodacom - Do you call this client service NO!!! Vodacom does not know what is happening in their own business
All I want - I need to settle this account. I WANT TO PAY THEM
