Telecommunications

Hello Peter
I have received telephone calls from TS Legal Services claiming that I owe Vodacom an amount of R 1962.99. I've asked them to send me the information regarding this claim. I only received a letter from them stating the amount and telephonically they gave me an 072 - cellphone stating that this was the number (cell phone contract) in question. I told them that I am not a Vodacom client and never had an 072 - cell phone number.
I requested from them a copy of the contract, any correspondence to me and any invoice that was send to me reflecting this number. I have send Vodacom two e-mails stating my case and I got confimation references via e-mail that they will respond within 3 working days. I made about 10 calls to Vodacom over the last week and only managed to speak to 3 different operators after waiting for more than 10 minutes. I was told that the number in question was fully paid up in 2007, it was a system error from Vodacom and that somebody will call me. I kept record of all the calls I made and who I spoke as well as written correspondence. Nobody at the call centre, accounts or legal division could give me a straight answer.
Please help.
