Last week Wednesday I had R150 airtime available on my contract with Vodacom. when trying to phone people none of my calls would go through. thinking it was a bad signal problem i didn't worry however on Friday 17 May I registered on Vodacoms website and played around to get to know the website. when selecting billing i was shocked to see that i had no airtime on my account. i ususally have about R200 - R250 airtime roll over every month!! I then sent Vodacom an email to try and figure out what is going on!? they said if i want to know what is going on with my account i have to pay them and they will let me know. they can not see what happens on my account. but in January a Vodacom consultant very snottily asked me how i can spend R35 on sms's to a certain number. so please vodacom tell me how this lady managed to know exactly what was going on with my account!!?? tell me how R150' airtime can disappear when people phoned me on my birthday last week. this is terrible from vodacom. to think u have to go to all this trouble just to know what is going on with something u pay for every month without ever missing a payment! i know of several other who have gone through this
