For the past 2 years I have periodically experienced problems accessing my Data balance on the Vodacom Website. Each time it takes about 14-21 days of e mail correspondence to have the feature restored. Since 1 Jan this year my data balance is again not displayed. I am not even sure that I have been credited with my monthly data bundle. I informed them of the problem on Jan 3 via email and received a reply on Jan 4 that they would be in contact with me within 24-48 hours. This morning I was told that due the "high volumes" they are experiencing they will contact me on Jan 7. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom of more than 15 years standing and it is not unreasonable to expect that a better effort be put in to permanently solve a problem that has been on going for more than 2 years.
