I logged a complain last week. You then wrote that you will contact me. I waited for 48 hours to get a sms that you sent me a mail. I have to date NOT received the mail. Why do you not caal the customer if you need more information? Why just so called sent a mail and then it is the customers problem again. You are not serious about your customers. CALL me do not send me a mail!!! And do not take 48 hours to make conract!!!
