BAD PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

MTN contacted my wife wrt renewing her cellphone contract. She did so on the 25th January 2013. They then made arrangements to deliver the phone but when they got to our home they said that they cannot hand over the phone because her RICA address and her Home address was different. Its been more than 2 weeks already and we still don't have any phone. Surely MTN could have picked up the address issues when they renewed the contract??? We tried to contact them wrt this problem but no one could help us! Where is the logic in sending a phone from Port Elizabeth back to JHB just so that they can update the system with her new address??? By the time my wife gets the phone then it will probably be outdated! Pathetic
