IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER I DID A ONLINE UPGRADE, THINKING THAT THIS WILL BE A PAINLESS METHOD, I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG.
I WAS PHONED BY A CALL CENTER MATIDITSO WHO MIGRATED MY CONTRACT. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO ORDER MY PHONE AS WELL. AFTER WAITING THE 3 TO 7 WORKING DAYS I PHONED AGAIN AND SPOKE TO CHANE WHO TOLD ME THAT MATIDITSO DID NOT DO HER JOB, SHE THEN ORDERED THE PHONE AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED ON 19 DECEMBER. I TOLD HER THAT I AM LEAVING ON HOLIDAY THE NEXT DAY, SO IT MUST BE THE 19TH. NO SURPRISE WHEN I PHONED BACK TO CONFIRM THAT I WAS TOLD THAT DELIVERY WOULD ONLY BE ON 20 DECEMBER. I THEN SPENT 22 MINUTES, ON NUMBER 084143 WITH NR 3 TELLING HIM THAT I WOULD NOT BE HOME ON THE 20TH AND CONFIRMING THAT MY MOTHER CAN TAKE THE PHONE ON MY BEHALF AT HER PHYSICAL ADDRESS - ACCORDING TO NR 3 THEY CAN DELIVER ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY.
AFTER THE PAINFUL 22 MIN ON THE PHONE CONFIRMING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS THE CELL C PHONED ME ON 23 DECEMBER DELIVERING MY PHONE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS. I THEN TOLD THEM THEY MUST GO TO MY MOM'S ADDRESS, AND SINCE THAT DAY I HEARD NOTHING. I SPOKE TO SEDULE 30 DEC, WHAT A WASTE OF BREATH! CELL C PATHETIC
