Bad comms/incorrect address/lack professionlism

I was expecting a parcel which was being sent through Aramex. After checking the Track and Trace on line, my parcel was due to arrive a Thursday so I made arrangements to work from home that day. After waiting the whole day, nothing arrived - I phoned the company and the reason they said was 'they had been but no-one was home' - I was home... A simple call would have sorted it out (as the couriers are instructed to do). I then had to make another arrangement - get the parcel delivered to another address the next day (I couldn't stay home because of work) - needless to say, after all the arrangements were made for the new delivery (I had phoned their offices and the consultant changed the arrangements) it wasn't delivered again. When asked they said they had tried but there was no answer - turns out they tried to deliver to the original address again! Total waste of a phone call and time!

Then arranged for the next day delivery at the new address again... guess what... they delivered to the old address! Lucky my cleaner was there to accept the parcel -

I just think ARAMEX lacks professionalism and communication training for their staff.
