Cancellation of mislead contract

I received a call from a sales agent offering me a promotional offer. I then told her I am not interested in an additional contract and that I will wait when I am due for an upgrade on my existing contract. She then offered me my upgrade as I apparently did already qualify for it. I accepted her offer for my upgrade and my new phone was sent off to me and I received it. When I phoned the call centre for an enquiry on this phone I was told that this was in fact an additional contract and that if this is not what I wanted that I must make arrangements to have it collected by the courier company from my home address again within 7 days. I made arrangements for them to collect it from my home address as I was on maternity leave just to receive a call that they have actually gone to my work address to collect. I then again had to make arrangements for them to collect this phone at the correct address. I initially received this phone on the 14th of November of which the first debit order has also already gone off, which I also returned. I've been trying to get feedback from every single department at Cell-C as to when they will collect and cancel this contract but no such luck.
