What a pathetic excuse for a company with which I have never had any problems before.
Since they "changed" to the new system there are numerous problems and apparently they can do nothing about it.
I placed a pre-order with them and did not notice that it selected an old address as the delivery address. I did not pay attention to the address since it is not the first time I am placing an order with my new address. I realize that this is my mistake.
What really upsets me, is that noticing my error in the confirmation email, I sent an email to customer support explaining that I did not select the correct delivery address. It is 2 weeks later and I did not receive a reply.
I decided to phone customer support and the person that helped me said that there is nothing he can do for me. I have to wait until I receive an email that the parcel has been dispatched and then I must phone them to communicate the correct address to the courier company.
This is PATHETIC since the parcel isn't even with the courier company yet!! What does it take do change an address?!
