MTN delivery handled with very bad attitude

I had been told yesterday that I my wife cannot sign for an MTN cellphone delivery at my home address. Since I am not at home during the week I requested the address to be changed to my work address. RTT told me to contact MTN because they cannot do it. I then called MTN customer care and changed my address on my MTN order.
To verify, I called RTT today to be told that someone will call me back. After an hour I called again because no one got back to me. I was put through to someone that handles MTN deliveries. He took my order no. down and while I was talking on the phone he abruptly cut the call. I called again and was put through to another person who took my order no. again but with such a lack of energy, being so early in the morning! She told me that address on their system has not been changed so she asked me for the new delivery address and changed it on their system. Why could this not have been done yesterday instead of me being given the run-around?? Now I can only expect the delivery tomorrow! I have spoken to 3 people at RTT Durban this morning in a period of 1 hour and they all seemed to lack a good attitude. MTN should provide a better delivery service!!
