I was told that it was being investigated by a Linda. I need you to call me today and provide me with the credit that was requested. You billed me for something that I did not agree to and your recordings will prove that. I am sick and tired of fighting you on this.
I was originally promised a call back by your consultant last week Tuesday the 5th.
Please call me and get this sorted out.
I will accept no other resolution other than a reversal of that debit order that went off. I know that you were in the wrong to do so and as I have said your recordings will prove that aswell. I will not be available between 14:30 and 15:30 today.
