After logging this complaint for the umpteenth time on Saturday, this morning I received a sms stating that my line has been tested and found to be free of defects.

I'd like to know how a line attenuation of 70.5 is considered to be free of defects when it should be below 40 according to the ISP.

I've had problems with my internet ever since you upgraded the line speed from 1mbs to 2mbs in my area in Sep 2012 and I've regularly logged faults since then and each time I'm told there is nothing wrong. Even downgrading the line to lower speeds has not helped.

I am tired of paying for this pathetic service that I am getting and I want my line sorted out and the attenuation problem fixed otherwise I'm going to take this matter further as I'm paying for something that is not being delivered.

Send someone to sort this out once and for all please.
