MTN doesn't keep their word! DISGUSTED!

I wrote a report on Helo Peter about being placed on the wrong pricing plan, Somaya from MTN responded and assured me they would contact me to change my pricing plan as well as obtain the call recordings in order for a credit to be requested. A few days later I recieved an sms to say that my pricing pla had changed to top up, no one contacted me to find out what top up plan I wanted or to give me feeback regarding the recordings I had requested so I can get my money back. Instead I have been registered as a slow payer on itc and am paying MTN a handset fee monthly. NO ONE spoke to me about this!!! No one has contacted me to this day. I am frustrated and at my wits end. I would like to hear those recording and obtain credit ASAP. I am sick of MTN's arrogant and laissez faire approach! This has been going on for months!

"Hello nmbanjwa,
We apologize for the difficulty that you face. We will make sure that we resolve the matter as soon as possible with a migration of the package to Top Up as of immediate effect. The call recordings will be obtained in order for a credit to be requested."
