I phoned Vodacom to limit my 2gig package to R500.00 data maximum per month after receiving a bill for R5429.35 (seriously???) bye bye salary

Last month I got a bill for R2786.60, again I phoned in and asked that they listen to my previous call. The call centre reported back to say they listened to my recorded call and then the run-around started.
Apparently the mighty Vodacom cannot implement a limit on a 2gig contract, so beware your 2 gig can mean 2000 gigs or even unlimited gigs.

Oh and by the way if you want to prove your point and ask to listen to your OWN voice recorded instruction where you were assured your instruction will be implemented, GOOD LUCK. I was informed that to listen to my call I had to go the legal route. The recordings are for their private use!!!

So now I have to sue Vodacom to listen to myself!!! What's the point???

They will just hide behind another piece of fine print.
I am sick and tired of this whole mess, I really can't complain about Vodacoms service because...
THERE IS NONE!!!
