Really hate buying from you

Three months back I bought a Nokia X-2- 01 from Jet ; Carlton Centre. They told me that I can bring the phone back within 7 days of purchase if I detect anything wrong with the phone. A month late I tried installing Whatsapp on my phone but it failed. Whenever I try to download any application, it doesn't go through what the stupid phone does, it goes straight to Vodacom Homepage, then I called customer care and they told me to take the phone to any vodashop and explain my problem and they understood that my phone had an incomplete software which won't allow me download anything from any site. I went to Melville and the ladies there told me that nothing like that can be fixed and if the phone is with me, there is nothing I can do rather than buying another phone which will enable me to download application. off...#spitting
