DOWNGRADE!!!

I did and upgrade with Vodacom on the 14th November got my phone around the 22nd November. I've been trying to download the whatsapp application since and I have failed in doing so. When my daughter came to visit me on the 7th December I asked her to assist me in downloading the app only to be informed by her that it couldn't be done becuase the phone did not allow that. I then went to Vodacom Keywest for assistance and I wastold that the phone was not compatible in downloading the app. I'm frustrated and quite confused at why this is the outcome of my "upgrade" as my previous contract phone with them is an E5 which has whatsapp and is much more user friendlier than this Nokia Asha 2055. How then can they call it an "upgrade" when infact its proven to be a "downgrade." I'm struggling using this phone and I do not want it anymore! When the sales lady at vodacom called me I expected her to look at my profile and offered me a better phone than the NokiaE5. Now I am told that I am past the 14days grace period!!! I am sorry vodacom but I will not have that. Let's rather cancel this contract I'll go to another service provider. One that knows what real customer service is.
