Changed my contract to a contract i didnt want

One the 1st of dec i upgraded my phone at mtn richards bay. i told the lady who was doing the upgrade to keep me on my top up contract, a few days later i found out she had put me on an anytime contact so i phoned her and she said theres nothing she can do right now and i must phone back in 3 months so she can migrate me to top up. i phoned back on the 1st of feb and she said she will sort it out and get back to me, she never got back to me i tried again and again and she still has not gotten back to me. it has now been a week since i tried to get hold of her. because of her my phone bill was over r500 in dec and over r600 in jan. i am paying much more because of her. iv spoken to other people at mtn richards bay and they also say they will call me back and they never do. please help me out since they are not
