Phone Blocked

My son's blackberry has been blocked he is unable to download anything after paying for software upgrades and sim swaps to a total of R310.00 phone still does not down load a Reyaad Soeker phoned and stated it is only a browsing service can not do downloads on this I stated my son has done this for almost two years now does not work he then said some numbers have been limited i asked if mine was one of them no reply Lodged another complaint still waiting for them to phone me back Phone number is blocked phone downloads with other people's sims but put my son's sim card in another phone download fails this means he is not limited as this means slower service but blocked as does not work at all All it says is download failed download failed very unhappy with service cost me money for no results I want phone number unblocked and working as before as vodacom is in breach of contract!!! They have changed something not me I am expecting a speedy rectification of this problem
