I have never had any problems with Vodacom up to now. And unfortunately it only takes 1 bad experience to change my brand loyalty.
Up to December I qualified for free BIS. I had to activate BES for work purposes in December and January. I deactivated BES during the 1st week of January, activating BIS again. Now all of a sudden I have forfeited my discount because I "deactivated the service" and nobody is allowed to activate a discount after it has been deactivated. What nonsense is this? And why was I not informed about this when I activated BES? UNACCEPTABLE VODACOM!
