Faulty line- the 3rd time since October the 16th

My telkom line is once again faulty. I had a faulty line in October and waited 1 month before it was fixed. On the 23rd of December it was faulty again. I was without my line for 2 weeks and today, 31st of January, again, no diling tone. Just dead. What more can I say about Telkom's ability to do there job? How long am I going to wait this time?
