Services not rendered by Telkom SA SOC Ltd

I reported my faulty home landline to Telkom SA SOC Ltd in January 2012 after there line was hit by lightining. Ever since then I have been waiting for Telkom SA SOC Ltd to come and fix it but the company has not fixed the line for more than 22 months but I kept on being billed for a line I was not making use of as it is broken.

I have on a couple of occasion went to the Telkom branch in Wonderpark-Akasia and also the company call-centre and I have always been told they will send their technicians to fix the line but I am still waiting. Telkom SA SOC Ltd has now threathened legal action against me but they are not capable of rendering the service they are supposed to render to me. I have also asked Telkom SA SOC Ltd to check when last the landline was used to show that they have not done their job as a service provider which is actually using bullying tactics.

I have also instructed Telkom SA SOC Ltd to cancel the landline as it is not the first time I have engaged the company for their lack of services which they are not capable of rendering, but they have still not cancelled the line but now they are trying to get me blacklisted.
