No Blackberry Service and No Answer at Call Centre

No Blackberry Service been trying to find out at Vodacom what is the problem now for more then an hour but no one answers the calls!!! If they know there is a problem why not leave a message for customers now they just put your call back in line because theyve been playing the same 3 songs over and over the whole time been holding for more then an hour so I presume I'm going back in line!! I want this sorted NOW as I paid for the Blackberry Service!!!
