Incompetent staff who could not sort out my proble

I would like to log a claim due to the level of incompetence in skill or knowledge of your consultants I've received on the 6th and 7th Feb 2013. On those days I loaded about 1.375 G of date of which as of on the 7th late I was left with about 150 mega bytes. I called your 173, your 808 and your 0831555 many times with the number 083 641 9661 and 073 9686303 trying to get assistance as to why my data is been depleted at such a high rate than normal without any help. I was transferred many time to the technical department without going through even though I advised all consultants that I'm not going through they just kept transferring me and I never go any help.
I lost too much data because I could not get efficient help from your consultant. They kept telling me that I'm going to the internet and when I asked doing what I could not get help. They said they would draw some form of report but that would only be after the 20th meanwhile I would not have data and my life is dependent on this.
Kindly offer this matter your attention and refund my data please.
