Incorrect amount data mega bites transfered

Every month on 15th my cellular Cell C contract phone number 0610778807 with Bayport should be loaded with R 145-00 airtime, 100 SM'S's and 300 mega bites of data. However I do receive the airtime, Sm's'sand only 100 megabites of data instead of 300 megabites of which I have proof. Call centre staff replied to my compliant only via a cellphone call and stated that their service provider do transfer the data of 300 megabites per month. They refuse to email me the report from their service provider regarding the data loaded on my cellphone number. Also there were 2 or 3 months when data wasn't loaded onto my number at all. I have email records of my complaint which was sent to call centre staff regarding my complaint and the matter is still not resolved since July 2013 up till current. Also should the complaint regarding my data problem be resolved then I should be afforded the opportunity to use the data over atleast a period of 3 months which Bayport owes me because they owe me a lot of data. I would also want my full amount of 300 megabites of data per month to be loaded every month as per the contract. Kindly assist with the matter regarding the data problem. Kind regards.
