On the 21st of every month I receive my data, airtime & SMSs from MTNSP for my topup contract, yesterday I received the sms that my airtime & SMSs have been loaded, I assumed that the data was also loaded as per normal. I decided to update my cellphone software assuming I have data. When the update was complete I checked my balance to see how much megabytes do I have remaining, it is only then where I realized that my data was not loaded & I have just lost close to R100 in airtime.

I called MTNSP & spoke to Andrew (14:30) and he assured me that my data will be loaded during the coarse of the day, it just got delayed, I patiently waited until 19:12 where I realized im busy loosing airtime then decide to call MTNSP again & spoke to Thabang. he gave me2 different stories, 1st he said the data was loaded & bounced & that he will inform the technical services... after a few minutes changed his statement & said the data was loaded & actually reported that I had used 65mb of it around 14:05 (time where I updated my cellphone software), he further advised that I should switch off mobile data to avoid further loss of airtime...

Today is the 22nd & I still have no data & still loosing ai
