Disappointing service

I get my airtime and data on the 20th every month, this time month for second time this year my data was not loaded only my airtime was. After I have received my airtime I called Mtn and informed them of this and Iwas told my my airtime is loaded, but it was not. I informed the consultant if my data was loaded why then was my airtime diminishing even though I had not made any calls. I was informed to call later so they can see check what happened to my airtime.
Later I called and spoke a consultant who actually she wanted to prove to me just how clever she was instead of trying to assist. She told me its still not the end of the 20th I will get my data before end of 20th, Iwas just disappointed with her service, I then hang up.
Come 21st I call again because my data was still not loaded, I got an even 'cleverer' consultant who also failed to assist me and told me my data will be loaded within 48 hours, to cut the story short, 5 days later I still dnt have my data and i am being charged for a content charge I did not subscribe too. I am rather disappointed at the service I am receiving at mtn. I want my data, airtime I used on the internet and the money they took for content charge
