Telkom Internet Keeps Dropping

On the 1st of Feb 2013, my internet line dropped. I contacted Telkom only to be told that the servers were being upgraded. I then was told that due to the server upgrade, my password had to contain 1 Capital Letter, Lower Case, Number and Character. The technician tried to change the password with no luck and escalated the matter. That issue still has not yet been resolved even after it was escalated. After phoning back during the week, I was told that the password system has not changed at Telkom and my password was reset. Since the reset, I have called back over the weekend being yesterday the 9th Feb and today the 10th Feb in the morning and was given this reference number which was only created this morning 186CRK100213. I called again this afternoon and spoke to a Lucky Shabane who was very rude and arrogant to the point of raising his voice to me (I also raised my voice because I am very angry) all because it is now 9 days later and I still have not yet received any form of communication from Telkom to state that they are working on the problem at the exchange or the matter will be resolved shortly. Is this the service that I'm getting while continuing to pay R1200 every month
