Telkom PATHETIC ADSL service

Telkom has pathetic customer service. Telkom has been my ADSL ISP for 2 years. After 2 years, my modem broke so I got another one from Telkom. The new modem couldn't seem to connect to the internet. I called the call centre and reported the problem. They did several tests and even changed my ADSL password but nothing worked. They sent a Telkom technician to my house. I was told to replace my modem. It still didn't help. Telkom did "tests" and referred me from one person to another. No one actually knew what was wrong. I went and replaced my modem once again (my 3rd new modem) and still nothing worked. I phone the call centre several times and they always told me they were doing tests and that I would receive feedback from them about the results of the tests. I reported faults several times and received several reference numbers but they all got restored without the problem being resolved. A second technician came home. He couldn't find the solution to my problem. All in all, I haven't had internet at home for 2 weeks. I've changed my ADSL password twice. I've had 3 different "brand-new" modems. A technician has come to my home twice. I've never received any feedback. I'm so fed up!
