I tried to open a 'month to month' package for the wireless uncapped internet connection. Telkom in Cresta Mall advised that i should call Telkom for the username and password once the guy comes to install the wireless device. I had called in numerous times and no one could help me; one occassion i was told that my account had been closed (have no idea who closed my account after Telkom Cresta told me everything is in working order - should be investigated); on two other occassions i was transferred to the department that generates passwords and told that i will definitely receive my password and they will call me back the next day to confirm, no phone call and no password was received; on another occassion i called in and while on the phone for -45mins, they transferred me to another department where my call was just dropped. Lets not talk about the other times. It seems as though 'Telkom' does not know what 'Telkom' needs. I'll tell you what Telkom needs, they need helpful and talented people, someone who will take the initiative and responsibility to keep new and existing clients happy. I was shocked with Telkom's treatment. I'll be going to NEOTELL and taking everyone with me.
