To whom it may concern

On the 1st October 2013, i upgraded to the 2MB Telkom ADSL line, since then the line has not been working... on 2nd October 2013 i logged a call with Telkom complaining about very slow speeds (0.08MBs). A technician called me back saying that there was an issue on the exchange, that was logged on the 10th Sept 2013. During the last few weeks i have contacted Telkom numerous times and keep getting conflicting feedback. I've been told that the problem was resolved on the 10th Oct 2013 and then told by another that the call is still open. Last night i was on the telephone with Telkom for 2 hours, i had 2 dropped calls and eventually was told on the 3rd call that there hours was between 6am -9pm. I am currently very irritated by the pathetic service and if the problem is still not resolved will cancel these services with Telkom. I am currently paying for a service that i cannot use. I need this resolved ASAP...
